Roasted Tenderstem Broccoli

- 300.00 grams tenderstem broccoli
- 1.00 tablespoon olive oil
- 1.00 clove(s) garlic clove , sliced
- 0.50 teaspoon chilli flakes

Preheat oven to 200C.

Toss the broccoli with olive oil, garlic and chilli on a baking tray.

Roast for 12 minutes until the tips are crispy and the stems are tender.
