Tuna Melt Stuffed Mushrooms
Giant portobello mushrooms stuffed with tuna mayo and melted cheese. Cheap, easy, proper filling.

- 4.00 piece(s) large portobello mushrooms , stalks removed
- 1.00 tin(s) tinned tuna , drained
- 1.00 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 60.00 grams mature cheddar , grated
- 1.00 piece(s) spring onion , sliced

Preheat oven to 200C. Place mushrooms gill-side up on a baking tray.

Mix the tuna, mayo and spring onion. Season.

Spoon the tuna mix into the mushroom caps. Top with grated cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and the mushrooms are tender.
