- 300.00 grams sirloin steak
- 60.00 grams Stilton , crumbled
- 80.00 grams rocket
- 2.00 tablespoon olive oil

Season the steak. Get a pan screaming hot. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side.

Rest for 5 minutes. Slice thinly.

Pile rocket on plates. Lay the warm steak slices over. Crumble the Stilton on top.
