Green Beans with Almond Butter
Blanched green beans tossed in brown butter with flaked almonds. Simple, French, excellent.

- 30.00 grams butter
- 20.00 grams flaked almonds
- 0.50 piece(s) lemon juice

Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain.

Melt the butter in a pan until it foams and starts to brown. Add the almonds.
