Creamed Spinach
Steakhouse side dish. Rich, garlicky, silky. Makes you forget you're eating a vegetable.

- 400.00 grams spinach
- 100.00 ml double cream
- 20.00 grams butter
- 2.00 clove(s) garlic cloves , minced

Melt butter in a large pan. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Add all the spinach. It looks like too much. It isn't. Stir until wilted — about 3 minutes.

Pour in the cream. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the cream thickens.
