  • 30.00 grams parmesan , shaved
  • 2.00 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 0.50 piece(s) lemon juice
  • 1.00 clove(s) garlic clove , minced
  • 2.00 piece(s) anchovy fillets , mashed

Method

    Season the chicken. Heat oil in a pan. Cook skin-side down for 6 minutes until crispy. Flip for 4 minutes.
