- 400.00 grams beef mince 20% fat
- 60.00 grams mature cheddar , sliced
- 4.00 slice(s) streaky bacon
- 1.00 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Divide the mince into 2 equal portions. Shape into thick patties. Season generously. Press a dimple in the centre.
💡 The dimple stops them puffing up into a ball.

Cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside.

In the same pan, cook the patties for 4-5 minutes each side over high heat.
