- 2.00 piece(s) cheddar slices
- 10.00 grams butter

Divide the pork mince into 4 equal balls. Flatten into thin patties — slightly larger than you think, they shrink.

Fry the patties for 3 minutes each side. Top 2 of them with a cheese slice in the last minute.
