Prawn and Chorizo with Peppers
Spanish-ish. Ready in 15 minutes. The chorizo oil is the sauce.

- 300.00 grams raw king prawns
- 100.00 grams chorizo , sliced
- 1.00 piece(s) red pepper , sliced
- 2.00 clove(s) garlic cloves , sliced
- 0.50 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 0.50 piece(s) lemon , juiced

Fry the chorizo in a dry pan until the oils run out. About 3 minutes.

Add the peppers and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes.

Add the prawns and chilli flakes. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the prawns are pink.
