Pork Chops with Mustard Cream Sauce

- 100.00 ml double cream
- 1.00 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 20.00 grams butter
- 1.00 clove(s) garlic cloves , crushed

Season the chops well. Melt the butter in a pan over medium-high heat.

Cook the chops for 5-6 minutes each side depending on thickness. Remove and rest.

In the same pan, add the garlic. Cook 30 seconds.
