- 30.00 grams butter , softened, mixed with chopped rosemary
- 1.00 tablespoon olive oil

Take the chops out of the fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Season generously.

Get a heavy pan screaming hot. Add oil. Cook the chops for 3-4 minutes each side for medium.
