Kale Crisps
Hear me out. Properly made kale crisps are genuinely crunchy and moreish. Pennies to make.
Ingredients

- 200.00 grams kale , stalks removed, leaves torn
- 1.00 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat oven to 150C. Wash the kale and dry it very thoroughly.
💡 Wet kale = steamed kale. Dry it properly.

Toss with olive oil and salt. Massage it into the leaves — yes, really.

Spread on baking trays in a single layer. Don't overlap.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, checking at 12. They go from perfect to burnt very quickly.
