- 1.00 pack halloumi , sliced into 8
- 6.00 slice(s) streaky bacon
- 150.00 grams mushrooms , sliced
- 4.00 piece(s) eggs
- 20.00 grams butter

Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Fry the bacon until crispy. Set aside.

In the same pan, fry the halloumi slices until golden on both sides. About 2 minutes per side. Set aside with the bacon.

Fry the mushrooms in the remaining fat for 3-4 minutes.

Push the mushrooms to one side. Crack in the eggs and fry to your liking.
