Cod with Chorizo Crumb
Sounds cheffy. Takes 15 minutes. The chorizo crumb does everything.

- 2.00 piece(s) cod fillets
- 50.00 grams chorizo , very finely diced
- 20.00 grams butter
- 1.00 clove(s) garlic clove , minced
- 0.50 piece(s) lemon

Preheat oven to 200C. Place the cod on a lined baking tray. Season.

Fry the finely diced chorizo in butter until crispy — about 3 minutes. Add the garlic for the last 30 seconds.

Spoon the chorizo crumb over the cod fillets.

Bake for 12 minutes. Squeeze lemon over.
