  • 2.00 piece(s) avocados , halved, stone removed
  • 4.00 piece(s) eggs , small eggs work best
  • 4.00 slice(s) streaky bacon , cooked crispy
  • 0.50 teaspoon chilli flakes

Method

    Preheat oven to 200C. Scoop a bit extra out of each avocado half to make room for the egg.

    Place in a muffin tin to keep them stable. Crack an egg into each half. Season.

    Bake for 12-15 minutes until the whites are set.
