Avocado and Bacon Eggs
Halved avocado, egg baked in the hole, crispy bacon on top. Instagram-worthy if you care about that sort of thing.

- 2.00 piece(s) avocados , halved, stone removed
- 4.00 piece(s) eggs , small eggs work best
- 4.00 slice(s) streaky bacon , cooked crispy
- 0.50 teaspoon chilli flakes

Preheat oven to 200C. Scoop a bit extra out of each avocado half to make room for the egg.

Place in a muffin tin to keep them stable. Crack an egg into each half. Season.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until the whites are set.

Top with crumbled crispy bacon and chilli flakes.
