Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Chuck it in, forget about it, shred it later. Five portions of proper pulled pork for about £1 each.
Ingredients

- 1.00 kg pork shoulder, bone-in
- 2.00 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1.00 tablespoon ground cumin
- 4.00 clove(s) garlic cloves , crushed
- 1.00 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1.00 tablespoon olive oil
Per portion
Method

Mix the paprika, cumin and chilli flakes. Rub all over the pork.

Put the crushed garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the pork on top. Drizzle with olive oil.

Cook on low for 8 hours. Do literally anything else with your day.

Shred with two forks. Mix through the juices. Season with salt.
