Ingredients

  • 1.00 kg pork shoulder, bone-in
  • 2.00 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1.00 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 4.00 clove(s) garlic cloves , crushed
  • 1.00 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1.00 tablespoon olive oil

Method

    Mix the paprika, cumin and chilli flakes. Rub all over the pork.

    Put the crushed garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the pork on top. Drizzle with olive oil.

    Cook on low for 8 hours. Do literally anything else with your day.
