Prawn Stir Fry with Pak Choi

- 300.00 grams raw king prawns
- 200.00 grams pak choi , quartered lengthways
- 100.00 grams mange tout
- 2.00 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1.00 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1.00 piece(s) fresh ginger , grated
- 2.00 clove(s) garlic cloves , sliced
- 0.50 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1.00 tablespoon olive oil

Heat olive oil in a wok over the highest heat you've got.

Add the prawns. Cook for 2 minutes until pink. Remove.

Add the pak choi and mange tout. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
