  • 2.00 piece(s) chicken breasts , butterflied
  • 80.00 grams brie , sliced
  • 4.00 slice(s) streaky bacon
  • 1.00 tablespoon olive oil

Method

    Preheat oven to 200C. Butterfly each chicken breast — slice horizontally but don't cut all the way through.

    Open them up. Place brie slices inside. Close and wrap each breast in 2 rashers of bacon.

    Heat oil in an ovenproof pan. Sear the wrapped chicken for 2 minutes each side.

    Transfer to the oven. Bake for 20 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.

    💡 The brie melts inside and creates its own sauce when you cut in.
