Brie and Bacon Stuffed Chicken
Butterfly a chicken breast, stuff it with brie and bacon, bake it. Sounds fancy. Isn't.

- 2.00 piece(s) chicken breasts , butterflied
- 80.00 grams brie , sliced
- 4.00 slice(s) streaky bacon
- 1.00 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat oven to 200C. Butterfly each chicken breast — slice horizontally but don't cut all the way through.

Open them up. Place brie slices inside. Close and wrap each breast in 2 rashers of bacon.

Heat oil in an ovenproof pan. Sear the wrapped chicken for 2 minutes each side.

Transfer to the oven. Bake for 20 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
