Pepperoni Pizza Chicken
Chicken breast topped with passata, pepperoni and mozzarella. All the pizza flavours without the base.

- 4.00 piece(s) chicken breasts
- 100.00 ml passata
- 125.00 grams mozzarella , sliced
- 60.00 grams pepperoni
- 1.00 teaspoon dried oregano

Method

Preheat oven to 200C. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Season.

Spoon passata over each breast. Sprinkle with oregano.

Top with mozzarella slices and pepperoni.

Bake for 25 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the chicken is cooked through.
