- 8.00 slice(s) streaky bacon
- 120.00 grams mature cheddar , grated
- 2.00 tablespoon tomato puree
- 1.00 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1.00 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1.00 tablespoon soy sauce

Preheat oven to 200C. Mix the tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and paprika to make the BBQ sauce.

Season the chicken and place in a baking dish. Spread the sauce over each breast.

Lay 2 rashers of bacon over each chicken breast.

Bake for 20 minutes.
