Chicken Caesar Salad — No Croutons
The croutons were never the good bit anyway. Crispy chicken skin, salty parmesan, punchy dressing.

- 30.00 grams parmesan , shaved
- 2.00 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 0.50 piece(s) lemon juice
- 1.00 clove(s) garlic clove , minced
- 2.00 piece(s) anchovy fillets , mashed
- 1.00 tablespoon olive oil

Season the chicken. Heat oil in a pan. Cook skin-side down for 6 minutes until crispy. Flip for 4 minutes.

While chicken cooks, mix mayo, lemon juice, garlic and mashed anchovies for the dressing.

Slice the chicken. Lay on lettuce. Drizzle with dressing. Top with parmesan shavings.
