Braised Red Cabbage

Ingredients

- 500.00 grams red cabbage , finely shredded
- 30.00 grams butter
- 3.00 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2.00 tablespoon erythritol
- 0.50 teaspoon cinnamon

Melt the butter in a large pan. Add the shredded cabbage and stir to coat.

Add the vinegar, erythritol and cinnamon. Stir.

Cover and cook on a very low heat for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
